Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Because our items are made on demand, production times may vary slightly depending on the product type and order volume.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is fulfilled.

Shipping Times

  • United States: 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
  • Canada & International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment (depending on customs and local carriers).
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.
Occasionally, promotional free-shipping offers may apply to specific collections or order totals.


Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipments returned to our fulfillment center can be resent at the customer’s expense after confirming the correct address.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  • Contact us at contact@thewrapofgod.net within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery).
  • Include your order number and photos, if applicable.
    We will work directly with our fulfillment partner to make it right — either by replacing the item or issuing a refund as appropriate.
