We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Final Sale: Gift cards, personalized/custom items, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at contact@thewrapofgod.net with your order number and photos (if there’s any damage or defect).

Please note: This address is for product returns only and not for general correspondence or legal mail.
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label or detailed instructions on how to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Items sent back without prior approval (RMA) will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item first, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Non-returnable items (for safety/compliance)
We cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), or personal care items once opened.
